Returns and Exchange Policy

Our Order Fulfillment Policy & Non-Returnable Items

Due to the highly customized and carefully handcrafted nature of every shirt we create, certain items are not eligible for return.

  • Non-Returnable Items: We cannot accept returns on custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) because they are made specifically for you.

  • No Refunds: As a direct result of our meticulous quality assurance process and the customized nature of our products, we do not offer refunds once an order has been finalized and production has begun.

We are committed to delivering a perfect order, and your satisfaction is our top priority. We encourage you to review all order details carefully before submitting your purchase.

We also cannot accept returns on hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases, sale items, or gift cards. Please contact us at teresamanansala@yahoo.com if you have questions or concerns about your specific item's eligibility.

Standard Returns (For Eligible Items Only)

We have a 7-day return policy, meaning you have 7 days from the date you receive your eligible item to request a return.

To be eligible for a standard return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return: To start a return for an eligible item, please contact us first at teresamanansala@yahoo.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Important Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at teresamanansala@yahoo.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to follow the return process for your current item (if eligible), and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
