Print-on-Demand Products

Every item at Loaves and Fishes Clothing is made to order just for you through our print-on-demand partner. Because each piece is custom-produced, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind or incorrect size selection. We encourage you to review your order details carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@loavesandfishesclothing.com with:

Your order number
A clear photo of the issue

We will make it right with a free replacement or full refund — no need to return the item.

Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned or refunded:

Custom or personalized products
Sale items
Gift cards

Exchanges

Because items are made to order, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you received a defective item, we will replace it at no cost. For all other cases, please contact us to discuss your options.

European Union Orders

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days of receipt, for any reason. The item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, along with proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank to post the refund. If 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at hello@loavesandfishesclothing.com.
